Retro is one of the UK's top vocal harmony quartets. It has been entertaining audiences since 2001 with its own brand of a cappella singing in the barbershop style. A music festival adjudicator described the quartet as "A very talented group.....wonderful sound....slick performance".

The quartet has performed at a wide variety of functions, including corporate events, charity functions, WI meetings, wedding receptions, Masonic events, and private parties. It has also sung on local radio and appeared on television.

Retro is registered as a quartet with the British Association of Barbershop Singers. The quartet has already reached the semi-finals of the British quartet championships on four occasions, and in May 2008 will be singing there for the fifth time.

The members of the quartet also sing with the Grand Central Chorus, four times winners of the British Chorus championships.
